3 Easy Steps To Reconnect With Your Inner Being

A few years ago I went on a big adventure and started the journey back to myself. I experienced something in a meditation that has changed my life forever. I had no idea what my life will look like after that experience but I know something was different.
One year after that meditation I came in contact with someone who tough me how to reprogram myself from old reactions and how to connect with my inner being again. Today I want to pass this knowledge on to you so you can start and deepen the connection to yourself and also your spirit guides and your intuitive messages.
Let’s start. Most of us are programmed to respond with a just saying “Okay” or an other word to subconsciously respond when someone is saying something to us or shows us something.
A way to reprogram your body and become more aware of what you are hearing, seeing and feeling is this.
As soon as someone is telling you something you really pay attention to what they are saying and most importantly you take a deep breath in and then you say: “I hear you”. This will help you to connect your words with you body again. Your language becomes more conscious and you start to really hear what others say and also what is going on in you. You become more present in the moment and with the person.
The second step is very similar. As soon as someone shows you something you breath in and you say: “I see you” or “I see that”, depending on what makes more sense. Important is that you breath in and become aware of what you are seeing.
Step three is related to your feeling. As soon as you feel into someone when they share an intimate or emotional story you breath in and you say: “I feel you.” or “I feel that”. This was the most important one for me.
It not only helped me to connect more with others but along my journey I had so many experiences with my spirit guides and other energies that I felt. I got downloads, received messages and could consciously respond to them and really receive them.
With practice you will notice that you hear more that you were aware of before. Your connection to yourself will improve and your intuition and the trust in it becomes stronger. You might forget it sometimes, just make it a new habit and observe how your life is changing over the course of the next month and years.
